Never refer a client or customer by his/her name unless you’ve explicit written permision from him/her to do so and approving for the specific reports that you plan to publish from or about him/her.

Do not compose Like it is your personal blog :

Every single word written in a business blog stands for the company behind the blog. Thus, the business blog’s content must suitably communicate the company’s overall brand substance. The content have to fit the company’s communicating strategy. Above all, as a business blogger, you had better speak less about yourself and more about the business matter.

Google Analytics has extraordinary charts that shows you an overview of your web site’s  performance. If you dont have idea what google analytics is,    you can see on my first post about this.

Here are the details :

• After you Logging into Google Analytics account you will see the page section(on the center) that titled Website Profiles. Click on the View Reports link to the right of the name of the website you are interested in. This link will lead to the Dashboard.
• At the top of the page is a graph that gives you a representation of your site traffic over the past day, month,or  year.
• This chart will only give you data from the time you inserted the tracking code into your site.
• If you desire to modify the periods of time the graph shows, click on the dates in the top right-hand corner. Click on the date in the calendar that is revealed or manually type in the dates to look at a different periods of time.
• To compare traffic over two different time, select one date range you wish to apply, click Compare to Past, and select the range you want to compare with. (continue reading…)
